As a Spark member, your annual fee of $80 includes networking, professional development and social benefits as:
• Priority entry to all of our events (please note that some events require an additional fee for speakers and venues). • Your name and website link prominently displayed on our website. • Access to post and comment to our Spark forum on LinkedIn. This is a unique opportunity to have your voice heard within the larger design community and have a continual dialogue with other Spark members about industry issues and events. • Most importantly as a member you become part of the Spark community. Your patronage and feedback allows us to put on these great events. Your input is always welcome and as a member you will have access to a network of other design firms, your size, who support each other.
Membership is $80 per person annually for the calendar year. If you join after September 1, your dues will apply towards this year and the following calendar year as well.
You are invited to attend two events for before deciding to join.
While attendance at events is generally free for Spark members, we ask that you bring your beverage of choice to events (most Sparkers bring wine). When there is a fee for speakers beverages and snacks will be provided.
Spark is open to independent and freelance graphic designers who have a minimum of 5 years experience as a designer and derive at least 75% of their income from design fees. All membership applications are subject to approval by the steering committee.
